We treat our assignments as if we are the owners. Our goal: securing qualified tenants who add the most value, in the shortest period of time. By combining local knowledge with regional relationships, the end goal is to get the lights on.
Not all property owners have the same objectives. An investor may say do it right the first time or a foreclosing lender may feel done is better than perfect. Either way, we make every effort to understand our clients’ goals and objectives and then properly craft an approach that meets the client’s expectations.
Leasing is simply hard work: maximum exposure for maximum landlord options. We start with the fundamentals: by direct mail, electronic mail, print ads, etc. But results come from direct contact, long term relationships and knowing the right questions to ask.
